Solien as an operator of REMITOR is registered RRM (Registered Reporting Mechanism) entitled to provide REMIT reporting services on behalf of the energy market participants.
The energy sector is more and more influenced and challenged by legal and regulatory requirements. For instance as Regulation (EU) No. 1227/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council on wholesale energy market integrity and transparency (called as REMIT). Foreseeing these challenges, Solien endeavour to create a regulatory platform incorporating the technical components of global regulations - REMITOR.
We provide our clients with modern approach how to fulfil REMIT requirements by using REMITOR tool. REMITOR is secured cloud-based platform where the client has dedicated cloud infrastructure as a completely hosted and managed solution with no associated hardware or maintenance costs, automatic scaling as required and complete disaster recovery including the software for reporting management. In the same time clients are welcome to ask for individual platform solution just fitting to their needs and scope of the business.

REMITOR enables to see status of all reports in a very efficient and user friendly way. It enables to recognise any required measures that have to be taken.
Data Conversion
REMITOR enables automatic conversion of your trade or fundamental data into required formats as XML, edig@s, etc.
Content Validation
The REMIT reports will be made up of up to 58 data fields (in case of a standard contracts) respectively 45 data fields (in case of non-standard contracts), considering another reportable details for fundamental data, and not all fields will be required to fulfil in a single report of respective transaction case. Therefore REMITOR includes also content validation tools avoiding an invalid processing from ARIS (ACER Reporting Information System) side.
Outputs Management
REMITOR includes also a management tool for the ACER output messages as a part of REMIT reporting fulfilment evidence respectively as evidence of individually submitted report validation.
Information Security
REMITOR private cloud-based platform keep information security by a preservation of confidentiality, integrity and availability of information.
Data Submission
REMITOR is able to submit trade and fundamental data report via interfaces designated by ACER correctly signed and encrypted with required certificates and PGP key.
Non-stop operation
Subject to service outages and planned maintenance activities, the REMITOR services are available 24/7.
Simple backloading
Ability to backload all outstanding trade and fundamental data as required by REMIT obligations, alternatively those data being requested by ACER ex-post.
